SA’ADIAH SAIT

Summary

With 25 years of experience in the nursing field, I have always wanted to update myself with new knowledge according to recent nursing practice and evidence-based standards in the nursing field. I also always improved myself with new skills and liked to continue learning from time to time. With 13 years of experience as a leader, I implement a servant leadership style. I focus on my staff growth and development and support them with my trust, giving them the ability to show their talent and motivating them by giving them a chance to implement their new ideas and creativity. I also learned new knowledge so that I could share it with them. I was involved directly with the JCI, CBAHI, and CAP accreditation audit surveys for 2021 and 2023 at the Armed Forces Hospital, King Abdulaziz Naval Base, Jubail. Currently, my position is Head Nurse for the OPD Specialty Unit. This unit consists of five area specialties: OPD Medical, OPD Surgical-Ortho, OPD Surgery-Preventive, ANC Clinic, and Pediatric Clinic.
