Delivered multiple digitalization projects in Petrochemicals, manufacturing and procurement domain covering end-to-end product life-cycle and responsibilities, such as:

• Managing external and internal stakeholders from different departments; analyzing their business processes, KPIs and needs to provide valuable product solutions.
• Report projects progress, achievements, and challenges.
• Fostered a culture of innovation and creativity within the project team, leading to improved problem-solving capabilities and enhanced outcomes.

- Contributed to the success of SABIC's first Datathon, where I participated in formulating challenge, and evaluation criteria, preparing participants' kits, conducting technical training session for participants, and providing mentoring during Datathon day.

- Contributed in delivering My SABIC project, the new SABIC employee self-service system for KSA and America regions, which includes:

• Engaged in business blueprint requirements workshop with America HR team to develop business process inventory, and project scope.
• Developed quality assurance-testing plan that includes preparing test scripts for all applications, assignment of responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Engaged in change management of "MY SABIC" KSA launching.

- Co-lead SABIC HR Project “HR One Platform” which is integrated cloud-based platform for +40 countries and +30K SABIC employees:

• Engaged with IT Core team to lead all project iterations and support stakeholders' needs in Riyadh and Jubail.
• Engaged with HR team to prepare global change management plan for project launching.

- Appointed by the CEO to be the Product Manager for the first product of the company called “MDAD” to manage the development and execution of product strategy, Including:

• Planning for product roadmap, and financial model, managing product team and reporting to executives.

- Product Manager for E-contract service of "Musaned" product, which is a platform that facilitates procedures for recruitment of domestic workers under supervision of Ministry of Human Resource.
