Joined as 5th member in D360, responsible to establish 3 business lines (Retail/SME/BaaS). Successfully launched the invite only retail release app, develop another SME app, and starting to plan the BaaS. the key responsibilities include:

  • Selection and recruitment of top Product Owners talent that are responsible for single or multi-squads to develop end to end retail banking app.
  • Establish Products roadmap and releases plan to reach to "App ready for Customers".
  • Involved in discussions with regulators for all approvals needed.
  • Establishing Product Value Proposition, Pricing, Packaging, Products roadmap, product market fit and many other roles in startup environment
  • Setup full product owners plan and selection of talent for driving execution of products plan
  • Co-implement with CIO, an Agile organization with squads composition, distribution of products squads, defining OKR, development and delivery model, and performance review.
  • All products systems and vendors scouting, evaluation and selection (CBS, CMS, LMS, payment hub, and cross boarder payments) with main focus on modern technologies.
