  • Exam Transfer Application: This application automates the transfer of exams, including text and equation questions, answers, and answer keys, from source files (Microsoft Word or question banks) directly to our exam system (e.g., PearsonVue), this automation saved 20 times the time required for manual processing and reduced exam errors by 95%
  • Automated Question Analysis: Previously, the question analysis team manually processed data from approximately 20 files per exam, selecting specific columns and rows for analysis, I have created an automated solution that integrates these steps, saving at least 5 workdays per exam and reducing errors from 40% to almost 0%, this automation enhances data integrity and accelerates the analysis process, leading to more reliable results


  • MST Project

As the team lead for a long-term project focused on developing new methodologies and generations of Computer-Based Testing (CBT) exams, I oversaw the creation of a multi-stage, adaptive examination system, My responsibilities included overseeing every aspect of the project lifecycle, from control and management to maintenance and monitoring, With meticulous attention to detail and strategic planning, our team successfully implemented and completed the project, revolutionizing the landscape of CBT exams

  • Vendor Management

In my role overseeing vendor management, I have successfully engaged with and managed multiple outsourcing companies to achieve key project objectives

  • STS Company: I collaborated with STS Company to develop a comprehensive system platform that manages the entire lifecycle of questions. This system encompasses every phase from question creation by writers to viewing, reviewing, and approval, ensuring the questions are ready for use.

This project was completed successfully, meeting all required specifications

  • Examsoft: I worked with Examsoft to outline and deliver the specific requirements for the number of questions and the structure of the exams we aimed to conduct. The objective was to implement a sophisticated AI-driven smart and mentoring online examination system capable of handling a large volume of test-takers simultaneously

  • FastTest: Currently, I am engaged with FastTest, a company specializing in the provision of next-generation question banks and exam systems, we have provided FastTest with detailed requirement files and our expectations for the new question and exam bank tailored for the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC), this project is ongoing, with progress being made towards full implementation.
