Upon assuming my current role, I was entrusted with managing several high-profile accounts, including PHA, NGHA, KFMC, PSMMC, and Suliman Al Habib Hospital. My core accomplishments include:

• Successfully conducted nationwide travel in a short timeframe to engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) across various cities. Coordinated their visits to the Riyadh lab and organized meetings with the scientific team to showcase our services—part of the strategic preparation for the LAS NUPCO tender.
  
  Managed high-profile accounts in Riyadh, including the National Guard and PHA.
  
  Led the planning, development, and execution of business development strategies, achieving an average revenue growth of 30% within the first nine months—driven by new agreements to provide advanced genetic testing (NIPT, Oncology Panels, and PGT) to referral labs and tertiary hospitals.
  
  Secured a major milestone by integrating lab services into the networks of leading insurance providers, Tawuniya and Bupa.
  
  Expanded the business into untapped segments, including home care companies and fitness centers, driving growth in non-traditional markets.

• Initially joined as Supervisor of the Reference Lab, where I streamlined the send-out process for samples during the first two months.
• Served as Director of Business Development from August 2021 to December 2023, leading strategic initiatives and driving market growth.
• Successfully secured high-impact sales deals and partnerships with key healthcare providers, including King Faisal Specialist Hospital, King Khaled University Hospital, Alnahdi Care Clinic, Primary Care Clinics, Alharameen Complex, and Kingdom Hospital.
• Played a key role in expanding lab services internationally by establishing connections with leading referral genetic laboratories in Europe, such as Centogene, Medicover (Germany & Cyprus), and Bioscientia. Additionally, managed relationships with U.S.-based genetic labs like Baylor Genetics and Ailife, as referral genetic labs too.
• Promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer in December 2023, while continuing to oversee commercial operations.
• In this role, responsibilities included:
o Ensuring operational efficiency through effective workflow and administrative process management.
o Training and mentoring managerial staff to build a strong and aligned leadership team.
o Assessing business risks, client needs, and cost structures to enhance forecasting accuracy.
o Managing staffing requirements and setting strategic priorities across departments.

At this time, I had the chance to work in different
departments such as: Tissue Culture, molecular
genetics (WGS, WES, panels and sanger sequencing).

• I worked as medical technologist which required many
  tasks such as; receiving and labeling the samples.
  Moreover, distinguish between the normal and
  abnormal results and report that to the clinics.
