Responsibilities:

- Receiving the project request and contacting the client to perform a site visit. Composing the site assessment report that encompasses all the required details and the project's objective.

- Collaborating with the technical team to carry out technical evaluations and obtain a cost estimate.

- Giving estimates to our client to secure the needed funds for the project. Once the client accepts the budget, I commence the process of establishing the project charter and project schedule.

- Once the project charter and timeline have been signed and approved. I'll send it to our technical team so they can begin preparing the detailed scope of work.

- After receiving the scope of work, I ensure that it is distributed to all stakeholders involved in the project for review and feedback. Additionally, as a project engineer, it is my duty to review the scope of work and be involved in all phases of the project. For that reason, everyone must approve the scope of work.

- I commence the bidding process and work alongside the procurement team to send the RFP to the vendors. The RFP will incorporate the approved scope of work, which will be made available to the vendors. All the dates for the JobEx visit, vendor questions, and closing bid time will be included in the RFP.

- Responsible for performing the technical evaluation after receiving all the vendor quotes. Each evaluation point will be evaluated with fair scores. Once the technical evaluation is completed, it will be shared with the procurement team so that they can open the bid and award it to the contractor.

- Assisting the contractor in obtaining the necessary permits from the HSE department to begin the work.

- Responsible for overseeing quality control for electrical works, including inspection and issuance of quality violations. I assign an inspection team to review the work and report any violations related to other trades.

- Monitor the execution and resolve any obstacles that may arise.

- I create a weekly report to ensure that the project stays on schedule and there are no delays. The weekly report will contain the tasks that have been completed, photos and the project schedule tracking report.

- Attended a biweekly meeting with our clients to answer any questions they may have.

- Conducting the handover walkthrough and inviting all stakeholders. After inspecting the work, the stakeholders will provide their punch list items with any comments they may have.

- Making certain that the punch list items are closed by following up with the contractor.

- Creating the taking over certificate that requires signatures from the stakeholders and handing over the project to the maintenance team.

- Follow up with the contractor to submit all the document to technical library before closing the project. “closeout documents”

• Installation of first fix work for all electrical systems such as conduits, cable tray/trunk, panels, equipment's, equalizing earth bar…etc.
• Following pulling of cables/wires.
• Termination of lamps, wiring devises, panel cables, pumps, air termination rods with copper tape, earth termination rods with earth cables…etc.

- Supervising for Testing and Commissioning.
• Medium Voltage Switchgear.
• Transformer.
• Low Voltage Switchgear.
• Sub Distribution Board.
• Final Distribution Board.

• Uninterruptible Power Supply.

- Reviewing discrimination study of CBs from upstream to
downstream.
- Inspect all electrical works as per Inspection and testing plan (ITP).
- Prepare for Meeting with zone managers if there is any obstacle on site will effect works.
- Reviewing As-Built drawings.
- Following electrical progress and make weekly achievement report.
- Member of safety project team in installation of Temporary Electrical Works
- Prepare punch list file of remaining electrical works.
- Issuing payment certificate of construction work.
