Create lesson plans for each class based on your experience and the students' specific needs.
Responsibility for raising the quality of early years provision, including physical, emotional, social and intellectual education and care for the child in the setting.
Support and mentor other practitioners in the skills and behaviors that safeguard and promote good outcome for the child.
Teach alphabet and numeracy along with personal, social and emotional skills.
Introduce interactive activities into the classroom and encourage students to vocalize their concerns and questions.
Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children's abilities.
Establish and sustain a safe, welcoming, purposeful, stimulating and encouraging environment where child feels confident and secure and is able to develop and learn.
Promote the use of informed observation and other strategies to monitor child's activity, development and progress systematically and carefully, and to use this information to inform, plan and improve practice and provision.
Plan and provide safe, appropriate, child-led and adult initiated experiences, activities and play opportunities in indoor, outdoor and in out-of-setting contexts, which enable child to develop and learn.
Select, prepare and use a range of resources suitable for child's age, interests and abilities.
Actively support the development of child's language and communication skills.
Promote positive behavior, self-control and independence through using effective behavior management strategies.
Organizing and supervising play and work activities (for example reading, cooking, music, dancing, art and craft etc.).
Work in partnership with parents and other family members, providing formal and informal opportunities through which information about child's well-being, development and learning can be shared to improve outcomes.
Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations.
