Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other senior executives.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Managing the company's budget and financial reports.
Oversee the Human Resources function, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Coordination and management of company events, meetings and conferences.
Act as a liaison between the Company and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and regulatory agencies.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision making and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

qualifications:
Patient Support: Providing emotional, social, and practical support to cancer patients and their families throughout the cancer journey, including during diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
Information and Referral: Providing information on cancer-related topics, such as treatment options, side-effects of treatment, and supportive care services. Referring patients to appropriate resources and services, such as support groups, counseling services, and financial assistance programs.
Care Coordination: Coordinating care among multiple healthcare providers and services to ensure seamless and efficient care for cancer patients.
Advocacy: Advocating for the rights and needs of cancer patients, including access to quality care and support services.
Education and Awareness: Educating the public about cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment options. Raising awareness about the impact of cancer on individuals, families, and communities.
Research and Quality Improvement: Participating in cancer-related research and quality improvement initiatives to improve cancer care and outcomes.
Fundraising: Raising funds to support cancer research, patient support services, and other cancer-related initiatives
Establishing the center in cooperation with the owner and supervising the stage of leasing, furnishing, hiring and operating, then supervising the promotion of the center, attracting new students and ensuring that the current students enjoy a positive experience. By developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing public relations, developing and managing the center's brand, managing digital marketing, developing and implementing student retention strategies, collaborating with other departments, and helping to ensure the center's success.
