- Assists in managing the human and material resources of the clinic in the best effective in order to provide a proactive, safe and quality patient centered care in an environment which encourages staff to grow.

- Assists in scheduling staff in a manner that ensures quality care standards and promotes optimal use of staff.

- Assists with management of the clinic to encourage quality patient care and staff satisfaction.

- Preparation of monthly reports concerning goals, achievements and problems of the clinic.

- Demonstrates sensitivity to cultural and religious beliefs through a caring, respectful attitude, presentation and delivery.

- Provide chronic hemodialysis therapy including but not limited to formulating a dialysis plan for ultra-filtration, initiating dialysis via various accesses, complying with the safety measures, and monitoring patient vital signs applicable to ESRD patients according to Plan of Care.

- Maintains a safe, clean and secure environment for patients and colleagues by following fire, safety and infection control policies and procedures.

- Interacts effectively with patients, family and team members to maintain standards of professional care to patients and families.
