+14 Years of professional experience in quality control management, engineering and inspection work for oil and gas refineries, platforms, chemical and petrochemical plants in the Middle East. Knowledge of quality assurance activities including audit, recommendation and implementation of corrective measures and ensuring overall compliance.

• Carry out Inspections, Surveillance Inspections and release hold points by signing various Quality Records as proof of Inspection.
• Coordinate with other discipline Quality control engineers for ensuring that all other discipline activities that require inspection within the concerning construction program have been inspected and approved
• Carryout inspection of the material when the material arrives in contractor’s warehouse, ensure that the material conforms to the project specifications and Purchase Order
• Tracking and recording of Request for Inspection and work progress on site.
• Co-ordination with commissioning and construction personnel for civil completion.
• Supervision of Survey works and soil testing & investigation with various type of tests bearing capacity of foundation soil, field density test by nuclear method, laboratory tests for proctor value of soil, concrete and steel structures with different type of quality testing like slump tests for concrete workability and crushing of cylinders & cubes at laboratory for compressive strength.
• Monitoring the concrete batch plant for quality concrete mix as per design and specifications, concrete repairs.
• Keep liaison with the outside and independent testing laboratory in the performance of necessary tests and review all results.
• Inspection of checklist before concrete pouring. Witness & review all the documents such as Soil Compaction Test, Compressive Strength, insulation for pipes, surveying works, painting & coatings, etc. as per I T P.
• Check for the reinforcement before pouring concrete & after pouring concrete, Surface, Repairs, Curing Procedure, and Water proofing application and back filling.
• Arrange for testing laboratory to perform field and laboratory test for concrete as compressive test, slump test and temperature before pouring concrete.
• A pre pouring inspection shall be conducted to check the formwork, reinforcement, and embedded items to verify conformity with the RFC drawings and specifications.
• Good Relation with Project management and giving immediate information to them if any disputes.
• Resolve quality control and construction issues
• Inspection of Concrete Batching Plant Activities Such as Slump test, Temp., and test records.
• Project planning scheduling, progress monitoring and evaluating and approving invoices for payments. Coordination with consultants, contractors and various government agencies and attend site meetings.
• Work involved preparation of reports and progress curves and charts, Histograms and graphic tables showing resources availability and cost expenditures to date. Prepared base line schedule and tender documents for bid submittals. Check slump test and temperature of concrete on site.
• Familiar with fresh asphalt and cutback asphalting tests.
• Review the company standards and Geo Technical Investigation, project technical specification, submittal of material preparation of punch list for various project.
• Coordinate & inspect the activity of other disciplines and unit heads in order to proceed the work with full assurance to implement quality.
• Using non-shrink grout for equipment installation, Review material submittals and method statements.
