- Inspect MEP work inspection and material inspection (MIR) offered by the contractor, and make sure that all inspection requests are provided with sufficient attachments such as the test report, calibration certificate, previous copies of the inspection report, as-built drawings, shop drawings, etc.

- Maintain daily contact with site staff to ensure activities are coordinated. Attended the regular and formal performance meetings with all parties to ensure all site issues are being raised, addressed, and measured and that steps are being taken to solve all site issues.
