• Ensure accuracy in data integration between Multiple inventory management systems and finance systems
• Ensure virtual warehouse location stocks movements are accurately recorded
• Manage/ monitor inventory and stock holdings, ensuring stock issues are minimized
• Oversee the process of stock transfers/ movements; inter warehouse, warehouse to store and inter store, ensure the movements are recorded and updated to reduce discrepancies
• Ensure stock take results are adjusted in ERP after internal approval hierarchy
• Investigate Negative stock and regularization by liaising with relevant stakeholders
• Swift, accurate reconciliation and resolution of inventory variances
• Plan, coordinate and manage activities of half year/end of year /inventory /cycle count calendar across all GCC stores and warehouses
• Implement and ensure internal control procedures are in place to minimize shrinkage
• Review and monitor extent of damage stocks in the stores and mitigate incidence in conjunction with stakeholders
• Coordinate with loss prevention team to improve standards and procedures relating to stock loss and shrinkage
• Review of stock on hand details prepared by Team, ensure accuracy and highlight concerns to relevant stakeholders
• Review inventory ageing/obsolete stock report and flagging the risks to relevant stakeholders
• Preparation and circulation of shrinkage reports
• Prepare and submit half year /end of year stock take results MIS to stakeholders
• Inventory integrity reports
• Facilitate queries by internal and external auditors on stock accounts, reports and ageing
• Reconciliation of financial accounts to inventory reports
• Train, supervise and motivate direct reports
• Ensure Department’s activities are carried out within timelines with all validation checklists
• Ensure month end closing accounts are completed within internal deadlines

• Ensure and monitor the accurate stock levels are maintained across the stock holding locations
• Plan and prepare the annual, half year Physical inventory Schedules and communicating the same with Operations for execution
• Prepare and submit shrinkage report (brand wise, region wise) to stakeholders, make sure the Inventory adjustments (Value& Qty) are adjusted in stock management system
• Ensuring inventory movements are recorded correctly for all regions, ensure periodic reconciliations (inbound/outbound, inter-store transfers, store to warehouse and returns to warehouse) are investigated

• Validate and ensure data accuracy between stock management applications (WMS→ERP, DAW→ERP)
• Maintain accurate3PL inventory stock levels, reconcile3PL inventory stock movements periodically and ensure accurate stock position
• Prepare3PL inventory results and share with stakeholders
• Plan and prepare the annual, half year Physical inventory Schedules and communicating the same with Operations for execution

• Analyze physical inventories, establish, and maintain inventory discrepancy investigations, and generate reports to maintain adequate inventory levels with appropriate controls
• Check the level of negative inventories, investigate the negative inventory reasons, and find solutions to reduce negative inventory
• Check and ensure that the promotion, special event prices and inventory registrations are correctly recorded as planned and predefined
• Reconcile and validate all the stock movements in and out and update the stock levels
• Review and monitor the timely confirmation and accuracy of inbound inventory and outbound shipments
• Responsible for updating system-based stock transfers for stocks as per stock movement between retail outlets and warehouse to retail outlets
• Investigate factors that contributes to variances between physical and system balances (such as missing system/manual updates, actual shortages, or pilferages etc.)
• Scheduling of Perpetual Inventory Stock Count of all the Showrooms (Department Wise / Group Wise) on Monthly / Half Yearly / Annually

• Coordinate warehouse activities (daily picking, packing, delivery, and offloading)

• Preparation of GRN report and according to the physical receipts confirmed
• Update the ERP with accurate systems data and parameters (Price, cost, margins, etc.)
• Raising Damage Defect reports and sending to stores and buyers for inspection
• Preparing monthly delivery reports, transfer reports, daily reports, ageing reports etc
• Updating of Transfers, delivery orders, sales returns, stock adjustments & Promotional Write Off in ERP
