• The Avenues Mall project: finalize 40% of the embedded drainage network, 2 fire protection pump rooms for site safety purposes inspected by civil defense along with 18 fire hydrants
• Al Khair camp project Riyadh: requests all the mechanical aspects materials and prepare the best practices for installation and operations, achieve 25 % of the execution
• King Faisal Air Academy project: achieve the target of a 30 KM water transmission line (DI 24") within 90 working days of installation and testing excluding the valves chambers, and achieve the storm drainage, sewer, fire protection, potable water, and irrigation networks including manholes, chambers and pump rooms
• King Abdullah Financial District Cluster J-2 Parcel 309: a high-rise tower of 31 floors, 4 basements, 2 energy transfer stations, 4 water storage tanks rooms, 2 water treatment stations, and 2 sub-soil dewatering sump pits. the scope was dilapidated and made safe including retesting for all mechanical networks, dewatering of flooded basement-4, and reoperation of the permanent dewatering system for sub-soil gravity water.
• Riyadh metro project package 2 line 3: relocation of existing public utilities to clear the project right of way, execute the underground networks of the west depot, and finalize some civil and architectural additional tasks provided by the project manager as critical exercises
• Abu Dhabi Airport Midfield terminal building MTB: execution of mobilization work for 14k manpower, finalizing 50% of the mechanical works for the central processor zone.
• Hassyan 48" CS pipeline project: preparing the double jointing area for a pipeline of 48" DIA schedule 80, managing the hauling, stinging, welding coating, lowering, thrust boring, testing, and PIG for 20% of the whole project.
• Habshan 5 process LPG plant: performing the underground services for the plant including fire protection, oil drainage, storm drainage, and water supply...….executing the pipe racks installation including vessels and related valves and accessories.
• Integrated Districted Cooling Plant IDCP - The Pearl Island: executing the chilled water cooling tower piping, CHW mainline installation, testing, coating, chemical treatment, and handing over, execute 21 ETS including pumps, and heat exchangers, for the primary and secondary line within the ETS.
