Project:

• Riyadh Metro Package 3 (RAMPED) JV [WSP, Hill International] PMCM - Riyadh Advanced Metro Project Execution & Development.

Site Responsibilities:
• Overseeing electrical activities for Line 5 (stations 5A3 and 5B4), a tunnel (5), and emergency exit shafts #9 & #10.
• Conducting inspections and testing on various systems including LV, fire alarm, BMS, and ICT.
• Performing inspections and tests on LV panels such as MDBs, SMDBs, PDPs, UPSs, CBSs, and LCSs.

Work Phases: • Engaged across three main stages: construction, testing and commissioning, and final handover.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of electrical installations, equipment, and systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Verify implementation of electrical designs, drawings, and specifications in accordance with approved plans and applicable codes.
• Monitor electrical construction activities, including cable laying, wiring, installation of fixtures, and testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Identify and report any non-conformities, defects, or discrepancies observed during inspections and coordinate with project stakeholders to address corrective actions.
• Review contractor submittals, including electrical shop drawings, method statements, and material samples, for compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of project records, documentation, and progress reports related to electrical works.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior inspectors and site personnel as needed.
• Promote adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry best practices in electrical construction activities.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and site visits to support project coordination and interface management activities.
• Consistently met project deadlines by efficiently managing time and resources, ensuring timely completion of tasks

Project:

• Conversion of 380 KV over head transmission lines on Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Road to underground cables between BSP 9005 - BSP 9020.

Responsibilities:

• Review quality of all materials at site and ensuring its compliance to material approval request.
• Monitoring of the work at site such as cable pulling & cable jointing to achieve the quality of project required in the drawings and specifications.
• Performing daily inspections with consultant's representative and site in-charge.

Projects:

• Construction of deep underground stations for Line 1, BACS - RIYADH METRO

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Inspection Test Plan for each electrical activity.
• Ensuring that quality of material being delivered is free from defects or damage and conforming to specifications and standards.
• Carry out inspections and tests, such as continuity & insulation test to check and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
• Coordinate with consultant's representative and site in-charge for inspections and meetings about quality issues.
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of entire project including non conformance report, work inspection request, material inspection request, site observation and other QA/QC documents.
