• Oversee the operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring effective monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents.
• Escalate and report suspicious cybersecurity activities promptly, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate potential threats.
• Execute and enforce cybersecurity requirements across systems and processes to maintain a robust security posture.
• Address and remediate identified vulnerabilities to reduce the organization's attack surface and enhance overall security resilience.

• Lead and oversee the Security Operations Center to ensure effective monitoring, threat detection, and rapid response to security incidents.
• Promptly escalate and report suspicious cybersecurity activities, ensuring timely resolution and mitigating potential threats.
• Enforce and implement cybersecurity requirements across systems, applications, and processes to maintain a secure operational environment.
• Drive adherence to cybersecurity governance frameworks, manage risk effectively, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Deep investigation on critical alerts from SIEM for proactive prevention of threats.

• Monitors data network activity and reviews performance-monitoring tools to ensure normal data network activity & Application Performance.
• Configuring and handling Compuware APM Real User Monitoring Tool to Analysis and monitor the Ministry Application Performance.
• Manager (SCOM) 2012 R2 - administration, configuration, troubleshooting & maintaining.
• Handling the new Projects relate to Security.

Ensure all computer systems, network, and software are in working order. Made necessary hardware and software recommendations, as well as security issues. Provided Customer support and distribution services with associated problems.

Install, maintain, audit and support a secure MS Windows network environment and limited web/data application service. Maintain internet applications and protocols IP,TCP,HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, & SSL. Maintain file servers, Firewalls, network access, Security Monitoring Systems and system documentation as required.

Handle a project in Saudi Arabian Airlines at Diplomatic Quarters. Assigned to lead EUS (End User Support) Team. Installation, Maintenance & Up-Gradation of special purpose software for Lab Equipment PC. Handling IP telephonic such as Avaya IP Agent, witness and CMS. Handling Active directories.
