  • Compliance Oversight Ensuring adherence to the specific requirements and guidelines outlined in SAES-W-17 (Aramco Engineering Standard for aboveground storage tanks), API 650 (American Petroleum Institute standard for welded steel tanks), and SAEP-324 (Aramco Standard for Fabrication Inspection and Testing of Pressure Vessels).
  • Quality Control Inspections Conducting thorough inspections, audits, and reviews at various stages of tank and pressure vessel fabrication, installation, and testing to verify compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation Management Maintaining accurate records and documentation of inspections, tests, certifications, and other relevant QA/QC activities related to SAES-W-17, API 650 tanks, and SAEP-324 pressure vessels.
  • Non-Conformance Management Identifying and addressing any deviations or non-conformances from the specified standards and requirements, and initiating appropriate corrective and preventive actions to rectify issues.
  • Contractor Oversight Monitoring the performance of contractors and subcontractors involved in the fabrication, installation, and testing of tanks and pressure vessels to ensure they meet Aramco's standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Safety and Environmental Compliance Ensuring that all activities related to tank and pressure vessel fabrication, installation, and testing comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards as stipulated in SAES-W-17, API 650, SAEP-324, and other applicable guidelines.
