• Well versed in quantity surveying, BOQ, preparing As-Build, Estimating the exact quantities required by observing the Shop drawings like, cable trays & trunking, distribution boards, Glands, Lugs as well as the Consumable items.
• Ensuring use of latest approved shop drawings for construction at project sites.
• Insulation test of wires, cable, panel bus bar and continuity test.
• Handling the testing & commissioning of the services.
• Submitting shop drawings & materials and get approval from the consultant.
• Responsible for preparation of bill of quantity for electrical equipment, cables, Panel boards, lighting system and lightning protection system.
• Managed the project requirements and progress by preparing continuous daily, weekly and monthly status report, monitoring changes and out of scope of work and in change for the collection of progress billing.
• Plan, organize, schedule and supervise work and equipment force during construction.
• Program the working activities of sub-contractors and do the necessary co-ordination for other installation interfacing related matter.
• Inspect invoiced work submitted by contractors and give approval.
• Electrical distribution panel Installation & cable termination.
• Selection and Estimation of appropriate Conductor size and Underground Cables.
• Review and approval of all the projects Power System, Lighting System, BMS System, Earthing & Grounding System, material submittals & shop drawings as per project specification and as per clients Requirement.
