• Improved the performance management systems across different plants in MWSPC Complex (Daily meeting dialogue, Plant key parameters dashboard,shifts group gamification)

City Cement

• Optimized Pyroprocess system and enhanced kiln performance and increased plant production by ~20%.
• Conducted Lab experimentation and plant trials using a variety of alternatives fuel in Cement manufacturing and checking their impact on the unit operation process and product.
• Studied feasibility of using alternative fuel and provided reports to the top management.
• Improved the Waste heat recovery system (WHR) and maximized electricity production to ~15%.
