Planning and Development Sector:

I gained valuable expertise in several key areas, including the development and implementation of Key Performance Indicators

(KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations. I also worked on preparing and executing operational plans to achieve strategic

goals. Additionally, I focused on ensuring quality in processes and outputs through regular assessments and continuous

improvement. I participated in the development of long-term strategies to support growth and expansion, managed organizational

changes to ensure a smooth transition, and analyzed data to support decision-making and enhance overall performance.

Animal Health Sector

I gained in-depth expertise in several key areas within the animal health sector, most notably the application of the One Health

approach to promote integration between human, animal, and environmental health. I contributed to the development and

implementation of relevant regulations and standards, and participated in the assessment and management of risks related to

transboundary animal diseases.

I also worked on monitoring and controlling disease vectors, tracking animal epidemics, and limiting their spread, while adhering to

international recommendations and standards to ensure the sustainability and enhancement of animal health security.
