Highlights of my work include:

• Supervise the Legal Services Department, managing legal advisors in handling consultations and contract matters to ensure quality and consistency.
• Contract Drafting and Review: Reviewed and provided legal input on a wide range of agreements, including NDAs, NDUs, MOUs, Letters of Intent (LOIs), Master Agreements, and others, ensuring alignment with legal standards and company interests.
• Contract Audit and Risk Assessment: Conducted detailed legal reviews and audits of various contracts such as insurance service agreements, outsourcing arrangements, general service contracts, and product procurement agreements, identifying potential legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Governance and Compliance: Reviewed and updated internal regulations and policies, including board and departmental charters, to ensure alignment with applicable laws and regulatory updates. Participated in cross-departmental committees to develop or revise policies and exercised due diligence in reviewing related contracts and supporting documentation from relevant stakeholders.
• Judicial Disputes: Handled case analysis, legal adaptation, and evidence preparation across commercial, labor, and insurance cases. Drafted key judicial documents, including statements of claim and appeals, coordinated with government authorities, and collaborated with internal departments to investigate case-specific issues.
• Investigations: Participation as a member of internal investigations
• Participated in aligning internal policies and contracts with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), ensuring full compliance with current regulatory requirements.
• Collaborated with risk management experts to identify and assess legally critical processes within the organization, enhancing the legal department’s risk mitigation strategy.
• Contributed as a member of the legal team responsible for conducting comprehensive legal due diligence in preparation for an anticipated merger, supporting strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance.
• Consultations

As the nature of the law firm's work, I generally provided legal advisory services to clients, representing them in the courts and providing arbitration services, in many areas such as:

• Commercial such as; Bankruptcy procedures (liquidation - financial restructuring), Cases of companies and partners (partners becoming joint officials - assignment of interests), Contract Issues (especially construction contracts such as; penal clause - compensation - values of due works - termination of contract - bank guarantees), cases of Anti-Concealment Law.
• Labor such as; Claims for statutory labor rights ( end of service bonus - service certificate - vacations), compensation for damages (unlawful dismissal), and recovery of amounts paid unjustly.
• Civil such as; Debts (recovering - proving its maturity - proving its payment - denying its existence), holding agent accountable, compensation for damage.
• Debt collection and implementation directly through requesting judicial enforcement and following up on case, and indirectly through other methods.

Highlights of my work include:

• Provide internal consulting to the department itself and to other departments.
• Review and audit of numerous documents, including judicial documents such as court rulings, decisions of the Public Prosecutor's Office and decisions of regional emirates and other government agencies.
• Participated in the preparation and issuance of more than 1,000 disciplinary decisions as a member of the disciplinary trial committees as well as a member of the appeals committees.
• Assigned as the Manger of the Department, in addition to my work as the Manger of the Judgment Department.
• Led a 25-person task force.
• Participation in investigative and interrogation committees.
• Representing and defending the entity in its cases.
• Preparation of numerous court briefs, such as defensive court briefs and appeals.
