• Create PCP designs using C-Fer program for PDO wells.
• Attend OSPA/PT meetings for any required Design.
• Work with OSPA technical team to enhance &/or increase run life for the PCP system. Well design Optimization.
• Communicate with field team and OSPA/PT/Programmer on daily basis.
• Check Materials stock and inform Lufkin operations and OSPA team of any potential shortage.
• Daily interaction with PT, FP, and operation to complete all activities on time.
• Review and analysis of downhole data using NIBRAS.
• Update and submit all Requests to the field on daily basis.
• Use ALD on daily basis for getting designs data, uploading design and check well status.
• Use EDM on daily basis for getting well data, Rig job summary, FBU interventions findings and Hoist intervention findings.
• Prepare equipment forecast based on customer requirements.
• Update and submit well count every month.
• Update Master sheet on daily basis (Designs, Install, pull out date, finding during pull out, failure cause and reasons).
• Update FBU/RSR finding sheet on weekly basis.
• Complete the Failure analysis for pumps in L1, L2 and L3 status.
• Work on Failure Statics & KPIs for QPR and BPR
• Work in failure analysis report for wells less than 1 year
• Shipment tracking for open orders and in transit equipment.
• Assist Commissioning Engineers during well trouble shooting.
• Review Hoist/Rig/FBU/RSR installation and Pull-out Reports.
• Review DAR and all field related reports on daily basis.

• Work with Lufkin and Partners on PCP field engineering project tasks.

• Maintaining procedure manuals
• Installation, repair, maintenance loadouts / backloads of equipment at the workshop.
• Surface and downhole equipment assembly, inspection, repair/ refurbishing, test bench operation and borescope.
• Repair, test and maintain tools and customer equipment at workshop.
• Organize, select, arrange shipment, and receive tools and equipment
• Process service tickets
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Assist field services engineers in pre-job planning
• Troubleshooting, optimizing, commissioning and space outing progressive cavity pump surface and downhole equipment
• Troubleshooting drives for progressive cavity pump
• Installation and pullout of progressive cavity pump
• Troubleshooting, wiring, configure Zenith Surface Panel for progressive cavity pump
• Work with SCADA team to troubleshoot the communication from RTU to VSD and RTU to ZSP
• Tear down Progressive cavity pump for failure identification
