Evaluate and present a lending appraisal memo to senior management, detailing the project's progress, profitability, and any challenges encountered. Recommend appropriate mitigation strategies and corrective actions to address any identified problems.
Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify financial, construction, operational, procurement or market risks associated with projects.
Structure and negotiate financing packages, including debt & equity. Collaborate with legal, technical, and financial teams to ensure optimal risk allocation and contractual terms.
Forecast and monitor the cash flow dynamics of project operations and debt servicing.
