Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize Project according to strict deadline and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver Project according to the plan. will also define the Project objectives and oversee the quality control throughout its life cycle.
• Participate in the formulation and implementation of the Project Management strategy, manages the day-to-day operations of Project Management by facilitating related professional work process to ensure with the established plans and in order to achieve high performance standards.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Track project costs in order to meet budget,Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Project: Infrastructure National Guard Housing.

Owner: National Guard Ministry.

Contractor: Binladin Company.

Project Budget: one Billion Riyal

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing DAR’s relationship with the client and other parties, by acting as the central point of contact.
• Ensuring compliance with the Employers requirements via technical reviews.
• Assistance the Clients PM in the preparation of Tender docs, evaluating tender docs and tender queries.
• Managing the DAR’ design review team.
• Planning, executing, monitoring and closing Project.
• Performing quality assurance and risk management.
• Managing Project budget and scheduling estimation and management.
• Conducting status review meetings with team members and clients.
• Providing reports and documentation on project stage and progress.

Project Budget: 120 Million Riyal.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervision all infrastructure scope works at all East Riyadh Quarters.
• Revision all tender drawings in order to ensure the consistent of the Specifications water National company.
• Monitoring and Controlling the efficiency of Contractor through life of the project.
• Raise the all kind of Report to relevant Stakeholders about the progress of works and the commitment of contractor for achieving deliverables.
• Ensure that the test results match the standard and technical specifications Conditions for passing tests for material samples.
• Develop Schedule Program to cover any for Milestones to be Head of Schedule and Under budget.
• Review the payments with counting of quantities and checking the extent Its validity.
• Participate of the members of the team work in providing solutions to urgent issues and expeditiously Risk Response.

Project: infrastructure for Training Camp.

Owner: Ministry of Border Guard.

Contractor: Shibh Aljazerah Company.

Project Budget: 170 Million Riyal.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising the implementation of water, sewage and extension networks Electricity in the project.
• Revision the contracts in order to ensure the consistent of specifications and technical Requirements to prevent scope screep.
• Raise periodical Reports to be ensure the works in sites going as planning through Implementation of logic processing.
• Cooperate with core teams works to coordinate all drawing by all departments to be compatible with Execution stage.
• Revised schedule program to kept up performance more commitment with baseline.
• Promote Efficiency reports for contractor's team work and Equipment to be alignment with standards criteria.
• Submit the payments regularly as earned value achievable and solve critical issue by Negotiation as possible.

Project: Development MISR Station Square & partially Replacement The sewage Pipes .

Owner: Alexandria Sanitation Authority.

Consultant:Hamza Consultant Engineering.

Project Budget: 35 Million Pound.

Job Responsibilities:

• Replacement and Renew the Sewage Pipes with long 2 kilometers and connected it with ELmalahat lake.
• Extend The sewage networking Elagmai Quarters at ALEX City to cover the New Buildings which wasn't unplanned.
• Supply all Logistic Requirement for General Gardens from Irrigation networks Compatible with Urban Planning of the city.
• Provide the feasibility's studies and Programmers to increase the Efficiency of water & rains networks.

Project: Infera Structure & Internal Road & landscape for Ballam Beach Village.

Owner: Amar Group Company.

Consultant:Ideen poul Italian Consultant.

Project Budget: 90606450 Pound.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execution internal water network and Extend Sewage for Village.
• Execution the internal Electrical network and all Street Lighting package finally finishing by asphalt layers.
• Execution the Irrigation networks , sidewalk and swimming pool.
• Execution the Paint works, rumps, traffic signs inside village.
• Implementing circular islands according to the traffic requirements of the governorate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Earthworks from excavation and backfilling to comply with perfect design.
• Implementation of base and weaning asphalt course in order to ensure the consistent of specifications and technical Requirements of traffic efficiency.
• Submit shop drawings and as built-drawings to consultant for approval.
• Submit initial material like earthworks ,asphalt, curbstone, interlock, Tiles for testing and approval.
• Implementation the Safety plan in order to ensure no accident will happen through provision temporary roads axis.
• Implementing circular islands according to the traffic requirements of the governorate.
• Implementing the water network for irrigation to circular islands.
• Computed load and grade requirements, material stress factors and water flow rates to determine design specifications.
