1. Act as Service Supervisor when the Supervisor is away, or as is required.
2. Diagnose, troubleshoot and perform repairs.
3. Condition monitoring for our region fleet and perform all PIP and PSP jobs at the soonest.
4. Prepare Technical Analysis Reports and determine the root cause for repeated failures & contact with CAT to avoid more wrong actions.
5. Control the downtime and achieve the customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare Service quotation after proper evaluation of parts for reusability.
7. Ensure that the repairs undertaken to his sub station are carried out to the highest standard.
8. Performing regular TA1 and TA2, Preparing parts list and scheduling the essential maintenance.
9. Strong care to provide a good image of the company represented in ourselves, our vans in addition to the service quality.
