Esnad & Al-Massar Contract:

• Act as CVA supervisor for Esnad & Al-Massar project Since April 2025.
• Plan and monitor the condition for all the fleet.
• Successfully limited down time and breakdown since taking this responsibility.

Field Service:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and perform repairs.
• Condition monitoring for our region fleet and perform all PIP and PSP jobs at the soonest.
• Prepare Technical Analysis Reports and determine the root cause for repeated failures & contact with CAT to avoid more wrong actions.
• Prepare Service quotation after proper evaluation of parts for reusability.
• Ensure that the repairs undertaken to his substation are carried out to the highest standard.
• Performing regular TA1 and TA2, preparing parts list and scheduling the essential maintenance.
• Strong care to provide a good image of the company represented in ourselves, our vans in addition to the service quality.

• Promote safety commitment for the Mantrac team.
• Undertake repairs for all CAT Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, Motor graders, Dump Trucks and Compactor equipments in addition to gensets.
• Undertake CAT engine overhauls (major and top end) commonly for (C18, C15, 3512) and 3516 series.
• Report hazards for rectification within work areas.
• Dismantle and rebuild machine components to manufacture specification.
• Leading Mantrac team for 30 month at Sukari Gold Mine with a scope of performing full life, mid-life and covering warranty jobs.
• Participate in assembling Haul trucks of 785C and 785D in SGM site.
• Control the down time to be minimum by doing the regular inspections TA1 and TA2.
• Diagnose the cause of the reported equipment problems.
• Perform failure analysis reports for the repeated failures and determine the root cause.
• Strong care to provide a high service quality and achieve the customer satisfaction.
• Serving all mining equipment like 785 dump truck, 6040 front shovel and the Ancillary machines at Sukari Gold Mine.
• Planning and completion full life and mid-life for dump trucks, Diggers and other mining machines.
• Represent Caterpillar in assembling the new mining machines which join the customer fleet like dump trucks and 6040 shovels.

• Designing firefighting systems and vibration isolation devices in addition HVAC systems.
