• Ensuring an up-to-date maintenance plan, and that all maintenance problems and any asset in need of repair is scheduled & repaired or restored in a timely manner.
• Meeting with individual teachers privately to discuss overall performance, as needed.
• Conducting preparatory staff meetings at the beginning of each year to set the educational agenda for that year.
• Overseeing the work of the supervisor in the division.
• Providing the principal with the Principal's Honor Roll List at the end of each term.
• Liaising with parents through various school or community events.
• Coordinating and supervising parent-teacher meetings.
• Planning and organizing orientation sessions for secondary students with coordination of special organizations.
