Duties:

• Supervising on-site civil works to ensure alignment with design specifications and project timelines
• Maintaining project control and assurance system
• Raising RFIs, technical queries, technical submittals and material approval
• Coordinating with Quality Control team and client representatives to schedule and conduct work and material inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Ensuring all equipment and tools are calibrated and test certificate issued up to date of use
• Participating and facilitating closure of NCRs by implementing corrective actions, verifying compliance, and maintaining proper documentation for audit readiness

Duties:

• Carrying on inspections and quality control on landscape and infrastructure works
• Recording any Nonconformity observed at site and issuing reports for site

rectifications

• Following up with project teams and providing required documents from consultant
• Monitoring and controlling all tests required on site and checking all compliance of project codes and regulations
• Participating in project meetings, offering critical input from quality control perspective
• Coordinating closely with appropriate teams to implement necessary process and procedural changes to prevent quality issue recurrence.

landscape works of Line 5 of Riyadh Metro project, covering approximately 80,000 m² of urban landscaping.

Duties:

• Ensuring site works are being executed as per codes and regulations
• Monitoring and controlling construction material being used on project
• Coordinating with site teams on daily basis
• Utilizing advanced testing equipment for accurate results.
• Implementing comprehensive test plans, achieving operational excellence.
• Coordinating corrective actions, guaranteeing alignment with quality objectives.

• King Abdulaziz Proposed Highway project
• North Lebanon Road Rehabilitation

Duties:

• Drafting shop drawings for retaining walls for highways using CIVIL 3D
• Providing professional advice on highway designs, contributing to successful project completion
• Conducting site visits and prepare as-built drawings.

Project:

Construction Supervision of additional sewers in Upper Chouf Area including over 1,000 km of wastewater pipes and channels, along with pump station facilities, for a $7.5 million project funded by UNDP, with Lebanese Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) as client.

Duties:

• Holding regular coordination meetings
• Issuing approval/ rejection for material submitted by contractors
