Stock Ordering
- Ordering supplies and materials based on usage trends and upcoming needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock orders, deliveries, and invoices.
- Checking received stock for quality and accuracy against orders.
Rostering / Shift Management
- Creating and maintaining staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Adjusting schedules based on staff availability, leave requests, and emergency cover.
- Communicating shift changes and updates to staff in a timely manner.
- Ensuring clients receive the correct services and are assigned workers who meet their specific preferences and needs.
Preparing / Checking Payroll
- Processing payroll for timely payment.

Reviewing end-of-month statements and invoices
