Analyzed the Global Livability Index (GLI) to identify high-impact levers across its core dimensions, assessed performance gaps, and shaped initiatives to improve city rankings..
• Financial Services: Enabled PMO execution for a major banking transformation. Oversaw delivery of a credit scoring engine and contributed to the development of two digital financial service platforms targeting retail and SME customers.
• Consumer Goods & Agriculture: Advised a regional FMCG player on pricing and product strategy, including SKU optimization, procurement diagnostics, and organizational design. Conducted deep dives across production and farming operations, integrating expert insights to support strategic decisions.
• Urban Development & Investment: Assessed policy requirements and application processes for Special Economic Zone (SEZ) designation as part of a broader investment facilitation initiative.
