Project Manager Role:

• Collect all requirements from all beneficial users of the Project.
• Alignment with Stockholder, SPOC, Vendors, UX/UI Designer, Impacted Technical Team and management.
• Prepare the Project Scope & Planning Project Phases & Project Methodology Waterfall or Agile.
• Prepare a list of Project Risk List and get Approval from the Cyber Security Team(GRC).
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and schedule progress Meetings with Technical Teams and management to make sure commitment to the plan.
• Report any unlisted Risk to the Management.
• Ensure Project Objective is Applicable with Company Policy and Goals.

Business Analysis Role:

• Prepare Business Requirements and prepare business Requirements Document (BRD)
• Study Business Requirements and Provide Feasibility with the Technical Team & Test the Implementations for Quality Assurance and handle User Acceptance Meetings to get approval (UAT)
• Study any New change request (CR) or Configuration Change Request (CCR) on existing implementation to enhance it or to Apply New Policy came from the Company Management or Audit Team
• Handle any Revamps Request on systems

System Administrator Role:

• Grant Access to the Agent or End Users ( more than 400 Employee )
• Built Report on Demand for business Requests
• Align with the vendor for any Change request from Business on Workflow or SLA or Notification Templates,
• Integration with different Gateways, Notifications & Template Operational Tasks, and issue fixing to the end User's Documentation and User Manual for any enhancement on the system and how to be used.
• Upgrading the System or Hosted Servers,
• Revise Financial Proposal form the Vendor for System License Renewal

• Use Company Systems to provide Technical support to all employees in all branches around KSA ,Oman , Bahrain & Kuwait. Transfer Technical Ticket to the dedicated department.
• Provide Technical Support By Calling, tickets, or Remotely for all Employees
• Ensure optimal Support & be organizationally effective by reviewing processes Periodically and creating reports belonging to different sectors

• Troubleshoot operating systems, hardware, and software problems to identify root causes.
• Employed advanced troubleshooting and expert application knowledge to solve system user interface problems.
• Acquired, set up, and configured hardware and software to meet specific customer requirements.
• Referred to an internal knowledge base to quickly locate and apply up-to-date troubleshooting steps.
• Activate User Account For Princess Norah University Admission Users.
• Online Support for the End Users.
• Handle User complaints & provide them with solutions.
• Transfer paper files to Digital Files (Archiving)
