I had worked my way up within the business and started as a Sandwich Artist in July 2003 and quickly became a Manager of the Subway City Cross location within 12 months. I lead that store to achieve it's highest recorded sales and achieve the No 1 restaurant in SA for highest sales volume consistently.
Engaged in a 12 month Traineeship performing tasks including: computer processing, filing documents, answering phones, photo copying, supervising the workshop floor.
