Roles & Responsibility:

· Study & Identify the changes from the tender drawings & specification with the IFC data’s and notify with the commercial team,

· Coordination with the QA/QC team to finalize PQD, MSD and the material submittal log for submission list finalization,

· Coordination with the procurement team for subcontractor follow-ups for material submittal & coordination for subcontractor on board and progress,

· Coordination with the engineering team to finalize the hardware schedule for finalization and submission

· Discuss with the project manager for distribution of the project plan and works allocation with the project team such as engineers and supervisors,

· Coordination with the client representative and other trades contractor for Fit-out & Joinery works clearances and progress for site works,

· Progress tracker preparation and circulation with the team and maintain,

· Monthly progress updating to the commercial team for invoices submission to the client for monthly bills,

· Validation and approvals to the subcontractors work for their monthly invoices claim,

· Weekly and monthly progress report preparation and submission to the project head’s

See the below of roles and responsibility handled during my tenure with S&T as Sr. Project engineer and, i had handled ID fit-out and individual Fit-out projects as listed below. I would like to mention that my core strength is, getting the efficient outcomes from the team and completing the task with meeting the budget.

Roles & Responsibility:

· Validation of tender documents with the construction drawings to identify the changes and variation works

· Scheduling of material submittal & technical query, preparation & submission to the consultant/contractor

· Material finalization along with the procurement team and, preparation & submission of the same with the client/ consultant for approval

· Preparation of procurement schedule and requisition,

· Finalization of the subcontractors along with the procurement team for mobilization,

· Coordination with the material manufacturer/ supplier for ordered materials, design/quality verification,

· Weekly review meeting with the subcontractor and, minutes preparation and circulation,

· Preparation of work tracker template based on the project scope of works and, issuance to the site engineers and supervisor for regular update and monitor · Supervision for execution and, work allocation for site engineers and supervisors · Fit-out production list preparation and issuance to factory, with approved shop drawings for production commencement,

· Coordination with the factory for joinery production and mock-ups for the consultants & the client approvals,

· Coordination with the PQS for execution work budget meeting and validation on

monthly basis,

· Providing progress update with PQS for monthly invoices submission to the client,

· Validation and certification of subcontractors monthly invoices
