Roles & Responsibility:
· Study & Identify the changes from the tender drawings & specification with the IFC data’s and notify with the commercial team,
· Coordination with the QA/QC team to finalize PQD, MSD and the material submittal log for submission list finalization,
· Coordination with the procurement team for subcontractor follow-ups for material submittal & coordination for subcontractor on board and progress,
· Coordination with the engineering team to finalize the hardware schedule for finalization and submission
· Discuss with the project manager for distribution of the project plan and works allocation with the project team such as engineers and supervisors,
· Coordination with the client representative and other trades contractor for Fit-out & Joinery works clearances and progress for site works,
· Progress tracker preparation and circulation with the team and maintain,
· Monthly progress updating to the commercial team for invoices submission to the client for monthly bills,
· Validation and approvals to the subcontractors work for their monthly invoices claim,
· Weekly and monthly progress report preparation and submission to the project head’s

· Scheduling of material submittal & technical query, preparation & submission to the consultant/contractor
