Gypsum board installations
Façade system (ETICS) inspections
PVC roof waterproofing system
Epoxy floor coating system

Prepare and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve quality issues.

Maintain detailed QA/QC records, checklists, reports, and documentation.

• Conduct Site Surveillance and Inspection of Project Civil activities as per approved IFC Drawing
• Check all materials and equipment as delivered on site and ensure its compliance with the approved supplier, materials, and specification
• Prepare the Quality Documents such as ITP, Checklist of the Civil Construction activities
• Implementation of approved worked procedure, technical specification, and quality control program to achieve the required quality.
• Coordinate with independent laboratory for field test and laboratory test for different materials and sample.
• Inspect all delivered material as per project technical specifications.
• Familiar with Standards & Codes of International standard, ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, & ensure its implementation during execution a Project site.
