- Prior to coating application tip size, over coating interval, induction time, pot life & monitoring mixing ratio of multipack components as per manufacturer TDS & also verification of WFT as per standard.
- After coating Visual, DFT, holiday detection (Tank Linings), adhesion & hardness (FRP Linings) test to be checked as per standard.
