Project Control Engineer at Bechtel Corporation Jubail Project representing the client (Royal Commission for Jubail),monitoring and controlling projects valued at more than 300 Million SAR. The Job duties such as :

• Acting leading the team to acheive our client’s requirements.
• Reviewing projects in Designing Stage & provide the proper comments.
• Prepare detailed Schedule, Cash Flows,Trend Forecasting,Contracts& Budget Forecasts.
• Review and assess Extension of Time request and make recommendations with Time Impact Analysis by using Primavera P6.
• Prepare a higher and top Management Weekly,Monthly reports.
• Ensuring the contractor schedule is lead to commit with the contractual obligations.
• Review Bill of Quantity ( Take off & Final ) by using AutoCad.

• Monitor detailed construction project cost and cash flow reports .
• Generate Contract Statue Report ( CSR ) biweekly by comparing the Actual with Schedule Performance in order to know the statue of the contract.
• Review and evaluate extension of time (EOT) claims and provide schedule analysis and recommendation.
• Performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling operation, include schedule requirements, control, analysis, and approve baseline schedule and revised schedules.
