Capstone Project- Old Town Frame Company Land Development - This project is to complete a site redesign for Old Town Frame Company. The project will involve survey fieldwork, Geotechnical analysis, grading design, parking lot design, and creation of construction plans. Leader of a group where I address the required tasks to be applied in a real-life application and maintain the project scope status. lastly, I play a role as a construction plan engineer for the project. The outcome of this project is to redesign for Old Town Frame Company's site and meet all required specifications such as reducing the amount of flood in the site using infrastructure design plan.
