Free Samples control (Receiving & distributing - Government Affairs / Clearance - Customs).
Monitor and control EXPEC ARC chemicals and samples receiving and storage.
Receive incoming chemical shipments and verify them against delivery documentation. Inspect containers for any signs of damage, leaks, or improper labeling.

Safely store chemicals in designated areas based on compatibility and safety considerations.

The main objective of the team is to maintain an adequate stock of EARC chemicals to run the operation at the facility by forecasting & budgeting to procure, deliver & invoice the chemicals timely. This involve but may not be limited to the following;

Barcoding.
Maximum Allowable Quantity.
Tracking.
implement strategies for data and inventory management.
Risk Assessment, Reporting &Analysis, Inventory Optimization, Inventory of Chemical Materials Requiring Cataloging, Inventory of High-Risk Chemical Materials.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries
Ensure that all chemical classifications are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Work in QTIF Field for four weeks of August. (Panamitric rate test)
Attend courses on September & October .
Upload Oil rate test to Oracle database.
Update allocation.
Update well activity historical data.
Update the share folder.
Updating Monthly Wells Activities.
Entering F/S requirements to oracle Database.
Schedule the requirement for Field & well activity.
Send ABSF morning report to RMD.
Work with Rawan to organize NAPED shared folder to comply with data
classification.
Check & Send monthly reminder to our Division to avoid phishing emails.

Work with team for Validation Compliance Status.
Work with Rawan to complete the E-learning course for our division
employees. (As Safety Ambassadors)
Part of NAPED Safety Ambassadors.

Send BRRI morning report every day to RMD.
Enter all Flanks, Supply & disposal rate for allocation probes.
Obtain Rate test on all PWI, supply & disposal wells as requirement.
Complete & finalize allocation date on all BRRI field on monthly basis for
Oil, Water & Gas.
follow up on wells safety issue.
Update the share folder.
Upload all Oil & Water rate test to Oracle database.
Schedule the requirement for Field & well activity.
Update well activity historical data.
Entering F/S requirements to oracle Database.
Updating Monthly Wells Activities.
