I am responsible for supervising my team in conducting audits of contractors' site clinics to ensure they are adequately prepared to provide medical coverage for site workers during projects hours. I also review health surveillance data and provide recommendations on employees' fitness-to-work. Additionally, I contribute to incident investigations, participate in the review and update of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) manual, and work closely with the IT support team to streamline and automate team workflows within the system.

Making sure that job tasks suit employees and employees suit job tasks, I reviewed occupational health program policies and guidelines (preemployment, periodic health assessment, occupational injury management, work restrictions, modifications, etc.) and applied them at an occupational health clinic to patients under my care and as the lead of workplace wellness initiatives.

Using my knowledge and qualifications, I was working at an occupational health clinic to ensure optimum health for the employees of my hospital.

Getting more exposure to different areas in the field including: Aramco , Royal commission for Jubail and Yanbu , MOH (rotating in different areas in the MOH from the administration of occupational health then R1 public health to get to experience writing protocols regarding employee health , injuries management and registration through hesn plus. ) , and other clinical specialties .

A new specialty in the country interested in the aspect of employees health in multiple areas like : pre-employment and periodic assessment and testing , occupational injuries , disability assessment . in addition, the managerial aspect of these areas.

As a part of master training program , to get to know how to deal with employees who experienced work injuries or disease as a disability assessment , compensations and early retirements .

I Experienced the doctor-patient relationship ,and gained a proper clinical background.
