  • Staff Training Programme must be checked during briefing and to follow- up with mall manager during your visit
  • Management Performance should be done from the mall manager on monthly basis
  • Store standard and Operation Checklist must be completed correctly and staff must be well presented
  • High communication with Brand Team to deal any concern and drive the performance
  • Weekly Business Conversation with BU’s/Gm’s to feedback the performance of their team and discusses any business issues that affect the performance
  • Any Security issues or Loss Prevention concern must be reported directly to the head of the department and ensure action must be taking on time
  • Mall Manager must ensure that all Stock Delivery GRN/GDN are followed as per company policy for Loading/Unloading process
  • Regional Manager must double check the area of Unloading/Loading delivery every mall visit
  • Check the quality of work of your team
  • Ensure that your team submits all the required report on time as per the deadline
  • To implement company procedure and policy in all malls without any exemption.
