To provide direct instructions to HR / Recruitment / IT / Maintenance and

result for feedback
Train and coach the mall manager team during mall visit / Lead by
Example
Staff Training Programme must be checked during briefing and to follow-
up with mall manager during your visit
Management Performance should be done from the mall manager on
monthly basis
Store standard and Operation Checklist must be
completed correctly and staff must be well presented
High communication with Brand Team to deal any concern and drive the
performance
Weekly Business Conversation with BU’s/Gm’s to feedback the
performance of their team and discusses any business issues that affect
the performance
Any Security issues or Loss Prevention concern must be reported directly
to the head of the department and ensure action must be taking on time
Mall Manager must ensure that all Stock Delivery GRN/GDN are followed
as per company policy for Loading/Unloading process
Regional Manager
must double check the area of Unloading/Loading delivery every mall
visit
Check the quality of work of your team
Ensure that your team submits all the required report on time as per the
deadline
To implement company procedure and policy in all malls without any
exemption.
