- Overall responsibility for a team of 50 employees performing production and service activities.
- Make sure that all valve production-related activities ( Assembly, testing & calibration, and painting) follow standard codes of practice, GA drawings, work order, and Quality control procedures (QCP).
- Maintaining Production Schedules (Monthly, Weekly, Daily) and attending weekly production planning meetings to discuss & resolve issues if any, to achieve production targets.
- Plan and supervise the flow of work on the shop floor by arranging material near assembly & testing areas prior to starting the process.
- Ensuring that finished components are inspected and ready for assembly, testing & calibration before the estimated planned date or time.
- Responsible for being involved in production development & technician training, and for facing & handling both internal & external QMS audits.
- Coordinating with QC Department for inspection follow-ups and resolving issues, if any.
- Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly MIS regarding salaries, incentives, overtime, late marks, absenteeism, leave, etc.

- Scheduling and conducting pre-inspection meetings (PIM) for upcoming projects to discuss client requirements and record inspection activities in the inspection test plan (ITP).
- To carry out Incoming, visual and final inspection of valves as per quality standard, Aramco standard, BH approved procedure, ASME & API standard, work order, GA drawing, inspection test plan (ITP), PO, and approved procedure by the client.
- Maintaining and preparing all documentation related to quality as per PO and ITP i.e certificate of compliance of performance pressure testing, material test certificate, visual inspection report, hydro test report, painting report, positive material identification report (PMI) for stainless steel valves, hardness test report, surface preparation report, radiographic testing (RT), magnetic particle testing (MPI), liquid penetrant test (LPT), spare parts conformance letter, ASME UV certificate & NACE compliance report.
- Coordinate with the client and TPI inspector regarding inspection activities and provide them technical details.
- Following up on valve readiness with the production department for the completion of inspection activities within scheduled inspection notification dates.
- Preparation of painting procedure, PMI procedure, hardness procedure, and welding procedure (WPS) as per client comments for the upcoming project.
- Maintaining a master list of tools & instruments and sending items for calibration which are due for calibration.
- Creating and recording NCRs, customer OSDRs and complaints into the master record, monitoring the process and closing out the cases within 15 days with the appropriate documentation and justification.
Production Planning & Estimation Engineer

- Engineering Academics Project: Design and Stress Analysis of Axle & Instantaneous Tyre Pumping System (ITPS) Description: It is a project divided into two segments:-
- 1) Design and Stress analysis of rear axle of Go-kart
- 2) Incorporating actual ITPS system in the go-kart: It is a very interesting innovation, in which we will be designing such a system which will regulate the tyre pressure instantaneously, thereby saving fuel and increases tyre efficiency.
