Check the lifting study that is design with Auto cad.

Check the crane capacity.

Prepare the method of statement and JSA for Critical lifting.

Prepare the area for crane as per Area preparation drawing.

Perform FDT test as per GBP Point.

Cross check the value of GBP Test .

Crane position as per drawing .

After assembly or change in configuration of crane part perform the Load test of crane.

Prepare the Load test procedure and apply the CRM to PMT Aramco for Generating request to Aramco inspection department .

Request for third party inspection from SA- Approved third party company to perform inspection.

Verify the Lifting study with Rigger.

Visual inspection to be done prior to lifting with checklist.

Safety measure to be follow as per Activity .

CLP if the load is more then 40 t , Night lifting ,Tandem lifting etc.

Conducting safety awareness and tool box talks for all employees.
Monitors the prevailing working conditions and ensures safe working practices.
Inspecting and ensuring that all tools, tackles and equipments are safe and up
to the standard before commencement of each job.
Implementing safety measures to increase safety and reduce risk.
Increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization.
Investigate and report on all near miss, incidents and accidents to find the root
cause and recommend means of preventing recurrence.
Health and safety inspections such as conduct daily, weekly, monthly.
Induction training for new employees.

Inspection of electrical tools, first aid tools and lifting equipment's etc.
Monitor activities on site & correct the unsafe practices followed by the workers.
Update the health and safety register book based on the daily observations.
Observe and report hazardous working conditions to the concerned for
rectification and elimination.
Conducting in house job related specialized training program for employees
