• Selected As the PG Training Advisor for the T3 PG Wolf within the Presidential Guard UAE Military.
• I provide strategic guidance to the Brigadier on all aspects of management and training for the PG Special Forces military.
• In this role, I oversee the development and implementation of specialized training programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of operational readiness and effectiveness.
• My responsibilities include management of 25 western instructors and 26 Jordanian translators, co-ordinating UAE nationals in all departments to optimize training schedules, evaluating the performance of training initiatives, and advising on best practices to enhance the capabilities of our elite forces.
• Through my expertise and leadership, I contribute to the continuous improvement of our training processes, ultimately strengthening the operational efficiency and preparedness of the PG Special Forces.

• Selected for appointment as training officer and assignment to the United Kingdom’s Special Forces Strike Group (SFSG).
  Responsible for delivery of operational training, leadership and management of the British Army’s most highly trained professional soldiers who are part of UK Special Forces.
  Responsible for the operational output and administration of six combat and specialist Companies in an organisation with an overall headcount of c750 and an annual operating budget of c£25M.
  The planning, execution, validation and organisation’s lead for 4 overseas exercises (Oman and US) personally responsible for training budget of c£1M+ on a yearly basis.
  Delivering and the validation of the unit’s operation training output and the professional guidance and development to its soldiers, junior officers, Warrant Officers and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers to ensure highest quality of personnel in preparation for worldwide operations.
  The planning, execution and validation of the Units induction training, pre-courses for potential Junior Non-Commissioned Officers’ training syllabus and talent management (junior leaders’ promotion boards).

• The Regimental Quartermaster Sergeant (RQMS) for a Special Forces Strike Group is responsible for ensuring full operational readiness by managing all logistics, equipment, and sustainment requirements, supporting mission planning and execution, and maintaining absolute accountability of weapons, ammunition, specialist stores, and mission‑critical assets while leading and mentoring support personnel. Key duties include:
• Overseeing procurement, storage, maintenance, and issuance of all equipment and ammunition.
• Ensuring rapid, secure, and accurate supply-chain operations for high‑tempo missions.
• Maintaining readiness of weapons, vehicles, communications systems, medical kits, and specialist SF equipment.
• Providing logistics input during operational planning and rehearsals.
• Enforcing governance, compliance, explosive safety, and security protocols.
• Conducting inspections, audits, and life‑cycle management of assets.
• Leading logistics and stores staff, mentoring junior NCOs, and coordinating with armourers, engineers, and support units.
• Deploying forward with the Strike Group to manage in‑theatre sustainment and resupply nodes.
• Ensuring all materiel meets mission requirements in austere, denied, or time‑sensitive environments.
