I also have skills in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining various systems, such as BMS, SCADA, fire fighting, clean agent, VESDA, leak detection, access control and CCTV. •Adhere to Data Center guidelines and procedures. Ensure adherence to all facility guidelines and procedures.
•Perform routine inspections and maintenance of data center facilities, including critical power and cooling infrastructure , fire fighting systems for minimizing downtime.
•Responsible for approving any needed change to facility documents (Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Emergency Operating Procedure (EOP), Method of Procedure (MOP), Maintenance plan.
• Accountable for site and assets security also maintain accurate documentation of facility operations and maintenance
•Collaborate with the NOC team to swiftly resolve environmental alerts, ensuring optimal data center performance.
• Identify and address potential risks or issues in a timely manner. Responseble for approving shutdown, Isolation and restoration data center electromechanical equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility upgrades or repairs
• Responsible for capacity and load management.Assist with the installation and configuration of equipment in data center racks
•Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols and raising awareness in health & safety.
•Act as an escalation point for all facilities-related incidents within the data center, by escalating to Data Center Operations Manager
