Working in the Infrastructure Maintenance Department as a trainee, my activity includes:

• Create a control panel summarizing the services of the AFC automatic fare group at Al Haramain Station
• Analyze data and create a weekly report for all services and issues in Al-Haramain station
• Analyzing daily, weekly and monthly customer problems through the CRM system and uploading them to the weekly report
• Collect and analyze all problems in AFC devices on a daily basis
