• Oversee daily administrative operations for the Zuluf Onshore Oil Facilities Project.
• Coordinate between project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain records, manage documentation, and prepare reports to support smooth project execution.
• Support safety compliance and assist in the implementation of site policies and procedures.
• Schedule meetings, manage logistics, and provide full administrative support to project leadership.
• Provide administrative and safety support for the Zuluf Onshore Oil Facilities Project.
• Assist the HSE team in enforcing site safety protocols and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
• Maintain safety records, incident reports, and documentation required for audits.
• Coordinate safety training sessions and ensure that safety gear and procedures are followed.
• Support site teams with logistics, documentation, and communication between departments.
• Act as a liaison between the administrative office and on-site teams to streamline operations.
• Serve as the primary Team Planner, organizing daily tasks and aligning manpower and resources based on project requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to the client, ensuring transparency and up-to-date reporting on site activities. • Provide HSE support by assisting in enforcing safety policies, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
