During my internship, I gained hands-on experience in various civil engineering site activities. I was actively involved in the installation of GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) pipes, and participated in conducting critical field tests such as the Field Density Test (FDT) and Relative Density Test (RDT) to ensure soil compaction and suitability. I also assisted in performing hydro tests on pressurized pipelines to verify system integrity. My responsibilities included supporting dewatering operations, as well as preparing and supervising formwork and concreting activities. Additionally, I participated in site inspections, conducted risk assessments, and helped in identifying potential hazards, contributing to both the safety and technical compliance of ongoing site work.
