I am working as Operations Manager for 3D Precast, I am assigned to manage and supervise below mentioned inhouse departments for better efficiency.

· Design Team – Architect & Structure Engineer along with Draftsmen.

· Contract & Estimation Team

· Precast Production in Factory

· Installation Works at Project Site.

We have facility to produce 3D Precast Modular which is modern way of construction to build residential & commercial buildings. We have in- house design team of Architects & Structure engineer to develop custom made design as per client requirement.

I was working as a Project Manager, so I was managing all execution works staring from foundation till completion of structure. The Project worth was 380 Million Saudi Riyal and it was Residential Building Project.

I am working as a Construction Division Manager, I was controlling all the projects undertaken by Company and manage it from start to finish.

All above projects are Turnkey Projects.

I have completed Multi projects (residential and commercial) during my stay in this company.

I worked in Qatar for 13 years as Operations Manager to manage all the construction activities at factory and project sites.

Supervise all type of work related to bridge like piling, excavation, formwork, fixing of steel and concreting etc.

Preparation of Bills of Quantities, bar bending schedule, procurement of material, checking monthly bills of sub-contractors.

Assistance to senior engineer in preparing reports and monthly bills.
