The role involves leading the QA\QC at the site, managing project QA\QC teams, sub-consultants, a Responsible for execution, applying knowledge of construction procedures, authorityrequirements, applicable codes, design, and construction specifications

• Monitor the implementation of this Project Quality Plan through document reconciliation and discussion with the site management team
• Conduct periodic Quality Audits on processes and procedures and report on non-conformance and potential implications of non-compliance
• Assuring control process are aligned with approved methodology and procedures
• Provide advice on how Corrective and preventative actions should be executed
• Track the non-conformance from initiation to closing and register the lessons learned

Project : Tatweer School Project (Jeddah) (Khatib & Alami Consultant Company). Ministry of Education Project Based in Jeddah with High Raise Precast Building
Project Having More The 160 Schools.

Responsibilities:

Project : Ministry of Housing Projects Precast (Roshan Villa project Riyadh.) One of the world’s biggest Saudi Roashan Housing Project, with in 3000 VILLAS in addition to
taxiways and airfield infrastructural works with a span of 205,000 square meters of buildup area. Infrastructure works, underground utilities, Earthworks with
structural back filling of A1B soil 10M depth, construction of asphalt roads, parking’s, pavements, and Landscape works.

• Perform various inspections, examinations, and tests to determine compliance with applicable
specifications, drawings, procedures, codes, and standards Monitors performance of the
construction supervision team to confirm compliance with contractual requirements.

• Monitor project and construction execution by regular surveillance and/or inspection as directed
by the Sector Manager or Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that they comply with project
requirements. Issue site instructions to appropriate parties and follow up until closure as required. • Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of
materials. • Carryout audits on the project contractors and subcontractors in presence of QA Manager. • Keeps alert to possible problem areas and takes preventive action to ensure that critical milestones are met.

• Establishes, monitors, and maintains construction engineering quality control in the field. • Prepare periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher-level management and clients. Prepares technical reports and conducts high quality presentations when
needed.

• Establishes and maintains a close working relationship with project design engineering, client
representatives, and contractors.

• Reviews material submittals, shop drawings and method statements. Recommends approval, forwards to the Client for final approval and follows-up with the Client, as applicable.

• Maintains project control documentation, design drawings and specifications, back-charge
documents, change orders, etc.

• Making sure building regulations and safety issues are adhered to.

Project : Saudi national guard housing project Sang Riyadh
One of the world’s biggest Saudi Guard housing projects within 6000 Villas in
addition to taxiways and airfield infrastructural works with a span of 343,000
square meters of buildup area. Infrastructure works, underground utilities, Earthworks with structural back filling of A1B soil 10M depth, construction of asphalt roads, parking’s, pavements, and Landscape works.

Responsibilities : Conduct inspection at different levels of construction as per the concerned Engineering standards. • Develop a complete work package using phase codes for all field resources including prints, detailed drawings, documents, specifications, instructions, RFI's, submittals, contractor instructions, completions, and approvals. • Participate in daily toolbox talks with Subcontractor and HSE Department • Ensure all construction related works for the facilities are in accordance with project
specifications and making sure they are maintained in order to safeguard technical integrity for the
owner. • Investigates all quality concerns and issues and provide feedback and coaching as a part of project
deliverable review DE-briefs by making recommendations to the Project/Design Managers on
corrective actions for recurring concerns, and potential risks which may arise, if not addressed. • Compile reports and other documentation/records alongside gathering, organizing, filing, and
maintaining technical information, preparing text, and coordinating layout for printed or electronic
publications. • Conduct internal inspection among all activities and record inspection findings in the internal
inspection logbook, follow up with the construction ensure that the activities complying with the
requirement. • Coordinating with other disciplines engineers time to time at pre-& post activities • Liaise with Consultant/Engineers in matter pertaining to inspections & Quality check. • Coordination with Engineering design department in timely manner with scope & quality
requirements • Review & follow up with RFI’s, material submittals & material inspections. • Review & follow up with required construction materials, Method statements, Risk assessment
prior taking permissions from different authorities before prestart of any activities.

• Provide Input for the Weekly and Monthly reports. • Participate in Construction Completion Activities to achieve Mechanical Completion Assist
with initiating, tracking, and resolving punch list items for assigned systems/ areas of
responsibility. • Prepare Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for Non-Compliance activities against the approved
quality plans, inspection test plans and relevant to client. • Identify quality lessons learned and propose suitable corrective actions to improve work
processes and prevent further undesirable conditions/ situations. • Coordinate and interface with Saudi Aramco PMT issues that need to be resolved on an as need
basis.

Project : MOI South Border Housing Project with the Value of 2.5 billion Saudi Riyals, it is a mega project located in Jizan in the Southern state of Kingdom, the scope of work awarded to El-seif Engineering is Design and construction of 350 Villas and
296 apartments with typical design, Infrastructure works, underground utilities, Earthworks with structural back filling of A1B soil up to 7M depth, construction of asphalt roads, parking’s, pavements, and Landscape works.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare, Execute & Monitor of all civil works as per compliance with the plans, specifications, and
schedule. • Attending Inspection Request (IR) submitted by contractor and make appropriate action in timely
manner. • Report any works carried out by contractor found to be not in accordance with approved drawing
and specifications, and report to immediate manager concern for proper action and discharge
instruction to contractor. • Monitor quality of works, and assess the safety at site, including health and environmental issues
and ensuring the same to be complying with contracts/QCS specifications, safety and health risk
assessment, and environmental mitigating measures respectively, on a daily basis. • Maintain records for the daily activities on site including progress photos, and readily available for
inspection as time need arises. • Monitor and evaluate the progress of work versus time and suggest measures to expedite the
work if found to be behind schedule. • Checking Levels & survey works as per needed. • Preparing Quantity take-off records. • Prepare Surveillance Report for any deficiencies of work found at site, that are believed to be
failed or contractor not complying with verbal instructions. And the subsequent Non-Conformance
Report (NCR) if reasonable in view of the development of events. • Attend and supervise structural works at job site and report anything that affect the quality of
events. • Ensuring, Assigning, Preparing, and implementing all RFI’S, RFT ‘S, work notifications, submittals
all documents related to site work. • Manage and prepare weekly and monthly progress report for the work. • Participate in monthly meeting with Area Manager and raise critical issues for action. • Highlighting all discrepancies detected during inspection and inform the same to QC Manager.
