    Roles And Responsibilities

    • Reporting to QC Manager and assisting all quality related activities, assisting for the preparation of monthly quality reports (MQMR), collect the data for the PQI.
    • Organise quality induction programs for the newly assigned team. Plan, promote and organize training activities related to quality and reliability
    • Assessment of the team's performance by analysis the customer satisfaction.
    • Review and learning of project specifications, scope of work, quality plan and procedures
    • Review and preparation of inspection and testing plan, procedures, specifications and other quality documents comply with the client's requirements.
    • Maintaining QA/QC related feed backs record from the projects to evaluate the project performance and furnish quality proposal.
    • Ensure that health and safety requirements of the work place check all relevant documents and the permit to the work
    • Coordinating with the QC team for the receiving inspection of new incoming materials and conduct material evaluation to determine the acceptability to the purchase acceptance standards set by the client.
    • Preparation / review of WPS/PQR and subcontractor Quality Document as per client/standards requirement.
    • Conducting, organizing all course works for the flawless start up initiative program for project staff.
    • Updating the departmental quality documents according to the latest revisions of applicable standards
    • Leading a team of quality control personnel and conduct weekly/ monthly quality toolbox meetings, related to the quality issues in day today activities.
    • Assign the QC personnel according to the client requirement and discuss the day today activities in the site with client and subcontractors to improve the Quality requirements.
    • Ensures approved procedures, methods and consumables are used by qualified personnel to ensure all quality requirements of construction and fabrications are met in accordance with company procedures and international codes of practice
    • Overseeing welding progress, repair rates and welding procedure compliance to project specifications and approved procedures.
    • Observe non conformities and report to the respective departments by issuance of NCR/CAR/PAR, analysis of the root Cause, corrective action and the effective implementation of the preventive measures.
    • Overseeing the qualification, registration and maintaining of welding, brazing personnel qualification and records.
    • Manage the inspection team for achieving and maintain the project quality requirements, by conducting proper training and awareness program for the team to perform individually and independently for completing the task within quality acceptance level.
    • Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities such as preparation records of expenditures, progress reports, etc. in order to inform management of current status of work activities
    • Ensuring that controlled copies of all relevant codes and specification are available at the project and only latest versions of the codes and standards are using.
