Responsibilities:

• Overall supervision of Site works, quality control, Team management and correspondence with Client.
• Conduct daily site inspections of civil works including earthwork, concrete structures, boundary walls, tower and solar structures and foundations.
• Ensure the quality of products, materials, and processes by conducting inspections, audits and tests.
• Ensure that all inspections are documented accurately and in accordance with specifications and procedures.
• Verify that work is executed in accordance with IFC drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to site such as tower structure material, grounding and electrical material, steel and concrete.
• Ensure that all dimensions and embedments are followed.
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
• Inspect formwork, rebar installation, concrete placement, backfilling, and compaction activities.
• On site quantity verification and issuance of subcon PAC document.
• Uploading of all data related to project completion in company software ISDP in proper checklist for record purpose.
• Performed quality control (QC) tasks of civil work, tower and solar structure using ISDP company software to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Conducted MS tasks on existing sites to verify proper functionality and uploading pictures into checklist using Mateline-X using company software.
• Check alignment, levels and dimensions to ensure tolerance compliance and construction accuracy.

• PROJECT: Glorious Mall and Apartments construction Project

Responsibilities

• Verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site.
• Quality control supervision.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standard and regulation and execution of site work according to the approved drawings.
• Maintain accurate record of construction progress, Concrete test reports, field density test reports and delivery notes.
• Frame structure construction supervision including but not limited to steel fixing, concrete pouring, brick work, Filling work as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Ensured compliance with international standards and regulations (ISO 9001, ASTM etc).
• Weekly meeting with consultant regarding work progress, quality control and ensuring HSE regulations at site.
• Inspecting Architectural Finishes, (internal and external paint, texture, primer, ceiling, gypsum boards, tiles, carpet and Board lite cladding.
